Hudson Lyric Opera often performs at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, at 112 North Main Street, Pearl River, NY 10965 which is in Rockland County (about 30 miles northwest of New York City). Performances take place in the church. For further information from this map, click on "View Larger Map".

Directions to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church

From the South:Take Garden State Parkway North. Directly after the Montvale Service Area, take the last exit in New Jersey: Exit 172 for Montvale (distance to Church is 4 miles). Bear right so you merge on to West Grand Avenue heading East. After you cross over the railroad tracks in Montvale, take left onto North Kinderkamack Road. Proceed northward until you reach New York State border and the road becomes South Pearl Street in Pearl River. Turn right at light for West Central Avenue. Cross over the railroad tracks and turn left at the light for South Main Street. The Church on South Main Street on the right side.

From the East:If you are going West on the New York State Thruway (Route 87), take Exit 13S for the Palisades Parkway South (distance to Church is 4.8 miles). Almost immediately is Exit 8W for Route 59. Take Exit 8W for Route 59. Go to "Directions from Route 59 West".

From the West:If you are going East on the New York State Thruway (Route 87), take Exit 13S for the Palisades Parkway South (distance to Church is 4.8 miles). Almost immediately is Exit 8W for Route 59. Take Exit 8W for Route 59. Go to "Directions from Route 59 West".

From the North: If you are traveling South on the Palisades Parkway, you should take Exit 8W for Route 59. Go to "Directions from Route 59 West".

Once on Route 59 heading West after coming off the Palisades Parkway, almost immediately is a traffic light for Smith Street. Turn right onto Smith Street, and the next right is the ramp to take Route 304 South.

Take Exit for North Middletown Road for Pearl River. Once you have merged, you will be heading South. Take the next light, turn right onto Crooked Hill Road. After the second sharp turn on Crooked Hill Road, take a left onto North Main Street. The Church will be on your left on North Main Street.

Directions to Clarkstown Reformed Church

The Clarkstown Reformed Church is very close to the NY State Thruway, the Palisades Interstate Parkway, Route 59, and the Palisades Center (which is also in West Nyack).

From the North: Go South on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, and then take Exit 8E for Route 59. At the end of the ramp, merge onto Route 59 heading East. Keep left as you will turn left at the first light, which is Crosfield Avenue. At the end of Crosfield take a right onto West Nyack Road. At the next light, turn left onto Strawtown Road. After you go under the NY State Thruway, the church will be immediately on your left.

From the South: Go North on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, and then take Exit 8E for Route 59. At the end of the ramp, merge onto Route 59 heading East. Keep left as you will turn left at the first light, which is Crosfield Avenue. At the end of Crosfield take a right onto West Nyack Road. At the next light, turn left onto Strawtown Road. After you go under the NY State Thruway, the church will be immediately on your left.

From the West: Go East on the NY State Thruway, and then take Exit 13S for the Palisades Interstate Parkway South, and now follow directions with "From the North" above.

From Tappan Zee Bridge (going West, coming to Rockland County): Take Exit 13S to take Palisades Interstate Parkway South, and now follow directions with "From the North" above.
